Rain Likely to Bring Clouds on Elmsford/Greenburgh

ELMSFORD, N.Y. – The past week's glimpse of warmer weather brought children to the field for a friendly soccer game, and men outside to walk their dogs. Wednesday and Thursday, though, will bring rain, so stay indoors if you are looking to keep dry.

Wednesday is expected to be wet, as rain should fall in the late afternoon until early Thursday morning, said the National Weather Service. Accumulation will be below a half-inch. The temperature will be warm, nearing a high of 60 with a low of roughly 45 degrees.

Thursday is said to be hit-and-miss with rain, as the National Weather Service predicts a 40 percent chance of showers. The temperature is expected to reach 50 degrees, with a low of 30.

Friday through the weekend are projected to be dry and cloudy with a hint of sun. Temperatures are estimated to range, on average, between a high of 55 and a low of 35 degrees.
