GREENBURGH, N.Y. Nothing could stop the students at R. J. Bailey School from celebrating Halloween. While their school's Oct. 31 costume parade was cancelled due to the nor'easter power outages, the students dressed up the following day.
Closed on Monday, Oct. 31, the school reopened on Tuesday, allowing the students to march in their anticipated parade. Faces plastered with smiles, the children eagerly donned witch outfits and scary masks. As trick-or-treating was discouraged the night before, the students were cheerful in showing off their costumes.
