PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- The Field Library in Peekskill will present Trash to Treasure: An Upcycled Art Experience in the Field Gallery from Aug. 6 to Sept. 6.

During July, author and artist Jasmine Johnson guided students from the Peekskill Youth Bureau in a series of workshops that encouraged the use of recycled and environmentally sustainable materials in the creation of art and writing.
