In the spirit of "winging it" (sorry, we couldn't resist the pun), each finalist has been profiled this week, with the contest ending 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 23.

Wing Choices: Nearly three dozen flavors ranging from the standard: Buffalo, honey barbecue and teriyaki, to the more exotic PB and J and tequila lime. Their dry rub flavors include Cajun, salt and pepper, Wisconsin and Maryland Bay. Patrons can choose from a small order (10 wings, one flavor), large (20, two) and extra large (30, three). All orders come with celery, bleu cheese or ranch dressing.
Most Popular Heat Level: For the tame with sensitive taste buds, there are undressed, honey mustard Hawaiian and other mild flavors. For the more adventurous, Rudy’s features such dressings as “liquid hot magma,” “Lenny Hot,” garlic parmesan and hot bleu cheese.
Good To Know: A popular restaurant for Hartsdale families for years, Rudy’s offers 39-cent wing nights for adults in the bar from 7 to 10 p.m. on Mondays.
