The store was visited by the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration inspectors last month after complaints were filed in May, the story said.
The fines were for a variety of alleged issues, including hand protection, exits and sanitary problems, according to LoHud.com.
This is the first time the store has been fined since opening three years ago, the story said.
