No Jail Time For Westchester Teens In Mall Attacks

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Teens from Tuckahoe and Yonkers who were charged with a hate crime last Black Friday at the Palisades Mall, took a plea deal and will not serve jail time, according to News 12 Westchester.

Three teens from Yonkers and Tuckahoe each received probation for a hate crime they committed last Black Friday at the Palisades Mall.

The two 17-year-olds, Chris Bujaj, of Tuckahoe, and Ardijan Mehaj, of Yonkers, each received five years' probation after pleading guilty in May to assault while using anti-Semitic slurs, said News 12 Westchester. 

Florend Gjevuka, 18, of Yonkers, received a lesser probation of three years, according to News 12 Westchester.
