WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Yonkers teen was nabbed on Saturday by Greenburgh Police after an armed robbery that occurred earlier this month at the Westchester Marriott Hotel in Tarrytown.
Kenneth Venable, 18, of Yonkers Avenue, was charged with felony robbery, after a 22-year-old woman reported that she was robbed at gunpoint while in her room on Monday, Aug. 22, by a man who hit her in the head and stole her cell phone, police said.
The woman was treated at the Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla for her injuries. Following an investigation, police were able to identify Venable as the suspect.
