Amanda Nicole Magenheim, a student at Penn State University and a native of Livingston, NJ, died on Friday, Jan. 12 after suffering a severe asthma attack at the age of 21, according to a fundraiser set up to support her family.
A devoted Nittany Lion, Magenheim made the Dean's List every semester and dreamed of becoming an occupational therapist, according to her obituary. She is survived by her parents, Donna and Sanford, her sisters, Alyssa and Erica, and numerous other family members and friends, her obituary reads.

Montco Woman Fatally Struck By Own Car, Coroner Says
A Montgomery County woman has died after she was accidentally struck by her own car in Catasauqua on Sunday night, Feb. 4, according to officials.
Santosh Gupta-Bala, 64, of Blue Bell, was taking items from the trunk when her car began to roll backward, said the Lehigh County Coroner's Office. She tried to get back into the car but fell underneath and was hit, authorities said.
It happened on the 900 block of Bridge Court around 6:30 p.m., said Coroner Daniel A. Buglio.

One driver died from his injuries after a crash in Palmer Township on Tuesday evening, Jan. 30, officials say.
Joseph R. Hoagland, 68, suffered a medical emergency that led to a wreck in the parking lot of the William Penn Highway Weis, said the Northampton County Coroner's Office.
Hoagland, of Wilson Borough, was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital - Anderson Campus where he passed from blunt force chest injuries on Wednesday, Jan. 31, authorities said. His death was ruled accidental.
