The Stafford County Sheriff's Office is investigating after a child was struck by a car on Monday afternoon. Some travelers were left in a lurch on Friday morning when a train derailed near Reagan National Airport. Police have identified the motorcyclist killed in a crash involving a Virginia Department of Transportation vehicle on I-95 earlier this week. Victor M.
